Spring City Building and Recreational Facility Rental
Spring City offers the Recreation Center at 150 East Center Street for rent as well as the Community Center at 45 South 100 East. Each Building has its own fee schedule and specific use. The Recreation Center has a gymnasium for basketball or volleyball, as well as rooms that can be individually rented for meetings or family gatherings including a kitchen*. The Community Center offers office space for rent for local businesses as well as a Ball Room with kitchen* for weddings or other celebrations and an Artists Loft that can be rented, with or without storage space, by artists or just for gatherings. Use your imagination! Please contact Mike Black at the Spring City Office for rental reservations or more details at (435) 462-2244 Ext 2, or email him at deputytreasurer@springcityutah.org. You can drop by during business hours to view the spaces available to see what fits your needs. The grounds may be used at most times on a first come first served basis or you can reserve them for a small fee. Camping is not allowed on city grounds except with the express written permission of Spring City. By Utah State Law and local ordinance, NO Alcohol may be consumed on Spring City property.
*We ask that kitchen use be limited to warming and serving of pre-prepared foods, not for cooking.
Community Center Photo Gallery
10 – 5′ diameter round tables and 80 folding chairs are available for use in the Ballroom at no extra cost. Tablecloths are not included. Renters will have to provide those for themselves. The chairs and tables may be used on the third floor as well but you will need to arrange to move them into place and then put away. The tables and chairs MAY NOT be taken outside or into the recreation center. The Recreation Center has tables of it’s own that may be used.
