Residents have been experiencing water leaks due to frozen pipes. This happens when we have a cold snap but no snow to insulate the ground. It is advised that you leave a tap dripping or even running slightly during the cold weather which will help protect your pipes from freezing. This should be an indoor tap that is not exposed to freezing temperatures, not the taps that you may have outdoors or on the outside of your home.
